We use Fancort to trim and form our devices that we mount to our EVMs. The link to their website is provided below. The footprint is for reference only. The footprint is associated with a trim/form specification generated for this EVM, and may or may not be appropriate for a customer's end use. Customers will often have their own trim/form requirements to meet assembly and board level reliability goals.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

1. however, the dimension "M" in the fancort footprint, which shows the dimension of the chip is given 0.758".

this is different from the datasheet which indicate only 0.542~0.558".

2. Can i have the IC thickness? it seems to be missing from the mechanical data of the chip.

Hi,

It seems Fancort has not published the updated version which I have attached here showing the correct dimensions. Also, the end of the datasheet provides more detail on dimension "C" just below the the graphic you have provided (see below).
