LMX2592EVM: Output and output circuitry of LMX2592EVM

I am using a LMX2592EVM.  The A and B output signals are significantly different and look like this:

Looking into the schematic I see this:

Can someone explain the differences in the circuit (Output A uses Rs and Cs, Output B uses Ls and Cs) and if the difference in my RF outputs is to be expected?
