I saw in the following thread "External weak pull-up to 3.3V is okay on the PDN pin." Can the pin be driven to 3.3V? Like a logic output?

I am guessing that the PDN pin is considered a control pin and therefore falls under this line item in the absolute maximum ratings table. "Supply voltage for Input, Synthesizer, Control, and Output Blocks, VDD_IN, VDD_PLL1, VDD_PLL2, VDD_DIG, VDDO_x". If that is true the pin can handle 3.6V.
