LMK03328: Error shown when loading .tcs file or reading all register information

Hi Team,

I am seeing following error when reading all register information or loading the .tcs file.

"[Warning]:Error in Read All Registers script"
"Decimal format value is too large or too small"

I couldn't find any miss setting in each page of the LM03328 settings.

How can we investigate the root cause of this error ?

Can you confirm that the board is interfacing with TICSPro? (USB communications -> Interface)

Hello Kawai-san,

As discussed via email, the error is generated when there is an invalid PLL1 Ref or PLL2 Ref value on the Inputs/PLLs tab of TICSPro.

In your case PRIREF was set to 0 MHz and input select MUX on PLL1 selected PRIREF causing PLL1 Ref to be 0 MHz.

This can be avoided by either inputting a valid PRIREF frequency or switching the input select MUX on PLL1 to select SECREF, provided SECREF is valid.
