Are there any tools to configure the device like USB2ANY for CDCE62002?
Or is there a tool only works for CDCE62002 EVM?

It seems that there is TICS PRO which works with USB2ANY for CDCM6208.

Hi Sugawara-san,

TISC Pro does not support CDCE62002 and the CDCE62002EVM does not require USB2ANY, it can be directly connected to a PC.
The GUI for the EVM is available here: www.ti.com/.../scac112
