Hi Jason and Chieh,

The schematic looks clean. Please make sure the decoupling caps are near the VCC pins. Also the series resistors R1539,1540 and R1544,R1545 will be 27 ohms if the transmission line impedance is 85 ohms. Or 33 ohms if the transmission line impedance is 100 ohms .
