CDCE62002: how can i estimate the phase noise when the input is 37.125MHz(LVCMOS),Output is 74.25MHz(LVDS),Icp=3.0mA,BW=663.145kHz

Part Number: CDCE62002

in the datasheet, only list the Phase Noise for 30.72-MHz External Reference, how can i estimate the phase noise when the input is 37.125MHz(LVCMOS),Output is 74.25MHz(LVDS),Icp=3.0mA,BW=663.145kHz

thanks

  • Hi Huang,

unfortunately, we don't have tool to estimate the phase noise of this device. In your application, if the VCO is also around 1.9GHz, then you can assume similar or slightly better phase noise than the numbers shown in Table 1 of the datasheet.
Otherwise, you can choose another device which is supported by PLLatinum Sim.
