TICSPRO-SW auto stop working

Hi team 

I download the TICSPRO-SW to configure the LMX2595EVM , but after install the SW , when I open the application , it will stop running and have to close the application, I am sorry that can not upload the picture because the net limitation. the tips is  TICS PRO EVM had stop running , A problem caused the program to stop working properly.

The version is v1.6.10   ,  do you have some ideas which can help me to solve the issue?

    Hi Guangyan,

    I downloaded the latest ticspro and it's working fine on my computer. You may re-install it or reboot the computer. If it doesn't work then please go to the installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro) and send over the log and errorlog files.
