Besides the "RMS phase jitter" datasheet value, is there also a "RMS Period Jitter" value available?

    I wasn't able to locate this data. Note that period jitter is typically a peak-to-peak measurement rather than RMS. You could measure it using an oscilloscope. We have an evaluation module available that can be used to for performance measurements.
