I would like to ask two questions. Is the latest release of LMX2595 20G?And the other thing is when you put out 15 grams or more and you use internal octaves why do you get stray output frequencies of 1/4 and 3/4

    Hi Boer,

    Yes, we re-qualify the part to extend the support to 20GHz. 

    I don't quite understand your second question but I guess my answer could be the VCO is 7.5GHz to 15GHz. With a VCO doubler, theoretically speaking, we should be able to get 15GHz to 30GHz output. However, because of the property of the silicon material, we can only do something around 20GHz.
