TPL5010: TPL5010 WAKE pin error waveform

I used TPL5010 for reset and waveform output function. At present, it is normal to feed the dog, but the pin output waveform is wrong. Sometimes the waveform gets lost, and sometimes the waveform PWM gets 50% to 0%

    This yellow waveform appears to be the WAKE pin. Is that correct?

    Could you also capture VDD, DELAY, and DONE waveforms all in the same oscilloscope capture? In normal operation, the change in WAKE timing is related to behavior at one of these pins
