I have seen from TI.COM that the TPL5xxx family is for a time range of 100ms to 7200s:

-Do we plan further devices for faster pulse frequency?
The goal would be to have programmable pulse (1 ms to 10ms with a granularity of 0.2ms)  with a power < 1uA and temperature stability < 100ppm/C.
It would be as well a good feature to control the duty cycle (for example 5ms high level and 100 ms low level) but it is not a must.

I have seen as well the LMC555 but the Iq is 50 uA.
-Any other solution available from us that would meet those requirements?
