1.Using 16.68k resistor, the effective time of watchdog is 50S，Datasheet Description of 30 s,what is the reason?
2.Using a resistance of 22.2k, the effective time of the watchdog was measured to be 1 minute 30 seconds,Datasheet Description of 1Min,what is the reason?

What you're seeing happen is probably a combination of multiple wait periods because you're sending DONE signal so often.
If you see figure 8 in the datasheet, the DONE signal does not start a new wait period. So if your DONE pulse comes early in the first period, the remainder of the first period will be added to the second period.
I have built a diagram to show this phenomenon. So if your DONE signal is coming VERY often compared to the wake period, then you could possibly get time periods before reset that are up to 2xTip
