LMK04610: CTRL_VCXO drive capability

The CTRL_VCXO pin can deliver up to ±3.2 mA and can swing from 0 V to 3.3 V. The proportional and integral gains are used to set the charge pump current, with higher numbers corresponding to higher output current. The storage cell values from 0 to 40 correspond to the output voltage level in approximately 82.5mV steps.
