Respected sir,

As per the design in the evaluation board of LMX2595 can you say what exact controller have you used to interface with the LMX2595 IC. Once we had made the design in TICS pro software we obtain the registers values. Now in order to force these register values how do we program micro controller. even though there is no need to program once we have evaluation board, but I want to develop without use of evaluation board.

For developing the entire design (Frequency synthesizer) in pcb , can I use or-cad software.

how to estimate the charge pump current as everything is integrated in the IC.

How can we alter the power at the output as in the specs it is given as programmable output power.

Hi Singam,

We don't have any preference on the CAD software being used to do schematic and pcb layout, you can pick whatever you like to use.

We test charge pump current in production, you can use the number provided in the datasheet to start your design.

Output power control registers are located in R44 and R45, see datasheet for details.

Can you please clarify the other doubt which I have posted regarding the programming. As per the evaluation board which is available in Texas Instruments can you please say what EXACT CONTROLLER is used to interface the LMX2595 IC.

can you provide some sample program for reference which you have done in your evaluation board.

Even though there is no need of developing program once we get the register values from the TICS pro software as per our design but in order to develop of my own board can you please clarify some of the above doubts.
