We want to use TPL5010 to design a circuit.
Did we use DELAY/M_RST(pin3) as a enable pin to trigger IC to work?
Just like as below:
If Pin3 connect to VDD - DO NOT WORK
pin 3 connect to resistor to gnd - Start to count

The typical application is shown on the front page of the datasheet. The DELAY/M_RST pin is not used as an enable, but it can be used as a reset pin.
Pin 3 should not be directly connected to VDD permanently or else the TPL5010 will not count.
The resistor between pin3 and ground sets the time period.
The device starts up by measuring the resistor connected to pin3, if pin3 is connected to VDD, the part does not measured the resistance.
