Hi, My customer wants to make signal "FM Modulation".

can we use LMX2594 for that purpose ?

    Hi Takahashi-san,

    This is possible if the FM modulation is being done in the reference clock.

    That is, the modulation signal is applied to the reference clock. So, a VCTCXO is required here. 

    The above is an analog approach, if the customer knows how to do it in a digital way, consider to use LMX2571/2572, they support FSK modulation. For details, please read the appsnote:
