Hi, Team.

I have been asked by Customer as below.

do we have the data which shows the relationship data between "voltage drop of Vcc-Voh" and Ioh?

Customer has concerned "how much IoH is bigger" impacts on voltage drop.

they want to know how much are there.

could you give us ?

I do not have this data, but I will have some data by the end of the week.

The TLC555 timer data sheet has this information in figures 5 & 6; would this format be acceptable?

In both timers, the output low can drive more current than the output high state.

Is TLC555 datasheet information same as LMC555?

How long does it take if we collect such a data ?

Masaharu-san,

TLC555 and LMC555 are similar but not the same. I will have data ready for these by the end of the week. Is there a specific supply voltage in mind?

Here is sample VOH/IOH and VOL/IOL data other samples may or may not be the same.

First is LMC555 VOL vs. IOL (6 temperatures, 6 supply voltages)

Here is VOH vs IOH (yes the axis are swapped compared to first VOL charts).

Once again, this is sample data.
