I'm searching for simple device (minimum pins).

input - 10MHz LPECL

output - 125Mhz LVCMOS

low jitter (less than 1%)

Hi Shlomi,

If the output clock needs to synchronize with the 10MHz input clock, then CDCE913 is the simplest solution.

Otherwise, you can simply use an oscillator such as LMK61E0M.

I need without nonvolatile memory.

Hi Shlomi,

if CDCM6208 is overkill then try CDCE706 or CDCE906 (up to 70degC).
