Hi Clocking team,
The SE555 datasheet lists an absolute maximum output current (Io) of 200mA. In the customer's application, simulations show that the discharge current could be up to 600mA and discharge voltage up to 3.8V. The duty cycle is approximately 2uS with a 1 second period.
Assuming normal FIT and DPPM, will the device function in this application? Are there any conditions / factors that need to be accounted for?
