Hi,

In Mentioned RTC Controller found one timing issue, When after set the date and time if reboot or restart the board,the timing is getting 1sec delay for each reboot or restart.

Example : setting time 17:15:00 thu 19:09:2019 after 15 restart or reboot, the time will be 17:00 thu 19:09:2019

in normal condition(in running state) its working properly.

Hi Manu,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. How do you reboot/restart the board? Could you share the schematic?

Please be aware that after switchover from backup supply to the main supply, it will take up to a second for the time-keeping registers to update. If you read too early, you may read an old/incorrect time value.

Hi Lane,

reboot is through software command,which is ''reboot'' and restart is board main power ON and OFF.

Board booting time is almost 60 sec, i think it will not effect for switchover from backup supply to the main supply. Schematic for your reference in below
