LMK04828: reg 0x13e no effect

I plan to generate only one pulse for sysref, after write 0 to reg 0x13e, it still generate 8 pulses, I am sure the reg 0x13e is correctly written because I can read back the reg 0x13e. so is there any sequence to modify this register?

Hello,

The register 0x13E does control the amount of pulses, it can be set to either 1, 2,4 or 8.

When programmed correctly, this should be in effect regardless if it is controlled by pin mode or SPI so there must be some other reason.

Please try other settings to confirm register programming is OK.
