according data sheet EEPROM is allowed to be programmed 100 times. What happens if this number will be exceeded?

Hello Hans,

After 100 times programming we can not guarantee the correct programming and data retention in the EEPROM across worst case conditions.

For evaluation purposes and prototyping on bench under nominal conditions at room temp typically you can see orders of magnitude more than 100 successful writes to the EEPROM.
