I would like to know the specification about fmax of TLC555 as the following.
When RA=470ohm, RB=200ohm, CT=200pF ware designed like figure12, the result of Calculation in equation (4) in page 16 is 8.2MHz. So I believe that the condition of RA,RB and CT is different.
Would you please correct the specification or condition of fmax?

It is best to stay under 1.2MHz and understand that the higher the frequency the more variance that can be expected.
The formula you highlighted has text that says formula is for 100 kHz or less usage.
Here is a more accurate formula from the data sheet. In addition to Ra, Rb, C there are two new variables for propagation delay.
