LMX2594: Clock & timing forum

Part Number: LMX2594

Our design used 10pcs LMX2594 to generate 10 channel in-phase 50~100MHz signals.

When a synchronization pulse input these LMX2594 and made them into phase SYNC mode,We measured the waveform of output signal by the spectrum analyzer and found the 10kHz spurious in the spectrum.But there was no spurious in the spectrum if we disable the phase SYNC mode. The spectrum waveform with 10KHz squrious is below:

The register setting information is below:

All 113 registers had been set according Table 23. Full Register Map in datasheet.

N-Divider setting:fractional denominator=2^23-1,reg11=0xb0028,the phase detector frequency=50MHz.

Input frequency:reg17= 0x11012c,reg20=0x14c848,reg78=0x4e0003,reg31= 0x1f43ec,

N value setting:reg34= 0x220000,reg36=0x240030;

Channel Divider setting:reg45= 0x2dc0df,reg75=0x4b0b40;

Modulator order: second order,reg44=0x2c1fa2;

SYNC enable: reg0=0x0641C,reg58=0x3a0001.

We need your analysis for the issue.Is there any incorrect application for LMX2594 SYNC?If the application is OK,how can remove the spurious in the spectrum?
