Hello Tom,

The package uses all Gold plating

The Heat sink is 90% W 10% Cu

The lead material is Kovar

The Lid material is Kovar,

Hi Tom,

The leads and lid are Ni/Au plated Kovar. The seal ring is Ni/Au plated W and the heat sink is Ni/Au plated 10%Cu/90%W.
