I have solved the problem when I change the CAP from 4.7UF to 1UF at pin1,and C2=0.1uF.

In datasheet, Only requires C1(oin1)> 2C2(pin2),why?

Hello,

C3 is used to filter out AC components at the output. It does not need a specific value, so the only requirement is to make it at least twice the value of C2.
