Hi,
what's the minimum data retention time for the EEPROM?
Thanks!

Thanks Shawn.
Do you have more details about temperature dependency?
By "design target", you mean that this is the minimum retention time we specify?
Is this tested and guaranteed in any way?
Thanks Shawn.
I am aware of the estimator tool, but I do not see how this answers my questions.
Is there any reference to the EEPROM retention time that I am missing?
So the question becomes " Had LMK03328 reliability test included power up with EEPROM loading ?" Need double check with CQE.
Hello Franziskus,
The EEPROM retention time for LMK03328 is at least 10 years under recommended temperature conditions. Besides, there is CRC feature to check whether or not EEPROM is working properly. So if the EEPROM goes down, you'll be able to know it.
