    LMX2541 datasheet didn't show them. Need some time to find them.

    But LMX2541 power consumption is not huge, what's your operation temperature conditions?

    operating temperature is +55c

    Divya,

    This is an older device and we don't have these values.

    That being said, the current consumption is lower and we can estimate it.

    The LMX2581 is a 32 pin package and has theta-ja=30 C/W and theta J-case=4 C/W

    The LMX2594 is a 40 pin package and has theta ja=30 C/W and theta J-case  = 0.9 C/W

    So if you are operating about 170 mA at 3.3 V, this is about 0.5W

    So if we ignore the theta J-Case and all other thermals, this would give a pessimistic increase of 15C. 

    WIth the Theta-J-Case, I think the increase would be much less.  There is a metal DAP on the bottom to dissipate heat.

    So I think that thermal should not be that much of a concern.
