Our schematic is enclosed. Done is pulled low so only when an external DONE pulse is applied should DRV go low and after the set time DRV should go high again.
Problem: In our case DRV goes low once DONE is applied but after that it continues to stay low. Please advise.

The behavior you have described matches the behavior of our part in One-Shot mode. We recommend that EN_ONE_SHOT must be hard wired to GND or VDD to select the desired mode of operation. Can you confirm that you have EN_ONE_SHOT tied to VDD in order to use the TPL5111 in TIMER mode?
