Long term stability data on VCO frequency? (MHz/10year)
1. If there is no data for this, instead, could you please let me know activation energy of transistor used and so on needed for accelerated test?
Temperature drift data on VCO frequency? (MHz/C)
1. If possible, drift data for each VCO band.

for the second question, we never measure this parameter directly. Instead, we characterize the VCO over PVT and in different test conditions in order to ensure it works.
