"Data Retention" is specified on the datasheet.

・Is counting started from writing?

・Is this specification condition Ta=85℃ and 100 programming cycle?

・Do you have reference data on different condition?

(My customer requests 60℃ and 10 programming cycle.)

Hi Kuramochi,

I'm afraid we don't have further data for EEPROM retention time. All we can tell is that the minimum retention time is 10 years under the worst operating conditions (85 degC)

After 100 programming cycle, data retention is guaranteed 10 years at 85℃ condition, right?

Hi Kuramochi-san,

Yes EEPROM retention time is at least 10 years at 85 deg C after <=100 programming cycles.
