Hello all,
I am using the LMX2595 chip in one application where the chip is soldered to a multilayer PCB.
I have given enough vias for the thermal ground pad.
The Chip is drawing 0.4 A in lock Condition.
My query is that at ambient(25C) the temperature rise in the chip is about 25C (with 25C as ambient, rise is upto 52C).

My higher operating temperature will be +70C. in that case the chip temperature will reach close to 100C. Can the chip sustain this temperature. Or should I use any other
special thermal cooling options. Please clarify
