Hi team,

Does TI support PLL17XX for new design?

I'm worried if I can recommend this to the customer because this is old audio PLL.

Also, I'm also concidering CDCE813-Q1.

But this device doesn't have EVM.

Does TI support this device as well?

Hi Itoh,

PLL1707 is a very old part and is not recommended. CDCE813-Q1 is the same device with CDCE913-Q1 with different EEPROM (default configuration). You can use the EVM for CDCE913-Q1 instead. CDCE6214-Q1 is a newer part and is more recommended.

Does CDCE6214-Q1 support 44.1kHz and 48kHz BCLK output for audio application?

My customer wants to input the clock to audio DAC and TM4C1290NCPDT.

Hi Itoh-san,

Yes CDCE6214-Q1 can generate 44.1kHz and 48kHz output at the same time. For example, VCO frequency can be set to 2469.6MHz.
