Hi,

Is clipped sine wave input support CDCL 1212 2:12 buffer ic?. If you have any other option, please suggest.

Requirement - 2:12 10Mhz ,Input type- clipped sine wave.

Hi Anoop,

CDCLVD1212 can support a clipped sine input provided that it meets the requirements of the input characteristics in table 6.5 . Note that sine inputs would generally have slower edge rates than a square wave at the same frequency, which degrades the additive jitter performance. Clipped sine has faster edge rate than sine, but please verify that the performance will meet your requirements.
