I would like to use two/one synthesizer boards as phase-locked source of a 6 and 18 GHz signal.
What is the best way to achieve this goal, while minimizing fluctuations?
Do I have to produce a SYSREF output at one device output that I use as SYNC input at the other?
What is the recommended setup for this application?
PS: I have a 100 MHz signal from a signal generator serving as input for both devices.
