Hi Laim,

Thank you for this info. Another follow-up question from the customer, what aspects of the device use the BiCMOS structures? i.e. output or clock drivers, inputs etc.

Hello Danilo,

Sorry I don't really understand the follow up question. BiCMOS is not a structure but a process flow that allows use of Bipolar and CMOS devices. The internal architecture of our device construction is not typically something TI would share details on.
