LMK05318: Output sync with PRIREF or SECREF

Hi team,

I'd like to get an output clk locked with SECREF,  now I let,

XO=25MHz, SECREF=1MHz, fvco1=2.5GHz, and I got an 10MHz clk on OUT0, but it doesnot sync with SECREF, I'm sure ftdc1==ftdc2==250kHz .

There seems no GUI page for DPLL settings on TICS-Pro, any suggestion?

    Hi Jihua,

    I have two recommendations: 

    1. If possible, could you change the XO frequency in your design? It's a good idea to choose an XO frequency that is not an integer divider of the 2.5GHz BAW frequency. Choosing an XO of 38.88MHz or 48MHz would be a better choice.

    2. If it's not possible to change your XO frequency, please try enabling the XO doubler and setting the divider value to 3. I was able to reproduce your problem in our lab and this fixed the issue. This might affect your overall performance so the first option is preferred if possible.

    I changed the XO to 24.576MHz, and that works.
