LMX2571: Generating 1288MHz frequency two same output

i want to give this device a input ocsin  56 MHZ . and i want two same output of frequency 1288 Mhz. which microcontroller i can use to program this device.

    Hello Lokesh,

    We use the USB2ANY tool to program our EVM, this interface adapter contains the MSP430F5529 micro-controller. In general any micro-controller which can generate signals to meet the MICROWIRE communication requirements detailed in the datasheet can be used.

    Additionally, I would recommend taking a look at http://www.ti.com/tool/TICSPRO-SW, this is a GUI that can used along with the USB2ANY that makes programming the device easier.
