It is my first time to use lmk05318. I never use lmk05318's EVM since it is not so hard to apply it to my application in my opinion.
But It seems that the PLL is not so easy to use now. I have my own board , lmk05318 included.
My first step is to use APPL2 only with a differential TCXO as the reference .The configuration hex values comes from TICS Pro.
I find that the APLL2 never locked and the output clocking is also abnormal ( not all channel can output a clocking, and also the PLL may never clocking out with power cycling test)
In my view, Device Start-Up Sequence in Figure 61 is not so clear . The Start-Up Sequence never tell me when my configuration hex is to write in figure 61.
Hope that TI can provide a complete configuration Sequence as an example.
