thanks for your answer !  but, the datasheet states that even if 1G or 2G is high, the falling edge of CLK must be detected then the output can follow CLK. I wonder if 1G or 2G is high and CLK is always high,  What should the output be in the case that the falling edge of CLK cannot be detect?

   I still want to know If the output needs to be matched with the characteristic impedance of the 50 ohm transmission line, how much resistance should the output  series,Is there any documentation I can refer to?

      Thanks for your  answer,but I  wonder  whether the 25 Ohm  resistance contain  the conducted resistance of  the MOSFET

The output impedance typically includes the resistance of the MOSFET, as this is the way output impedance is measured. Due to the age of these devices, design support is limited, I cannot confirm definitively
