CDCLVP1204: Not monotony Vcc ramp

My customer is using CDCLVP1204 on their production board.

However, recently, they realized that CDCLVP1204 Vcc does not ramp monotony somehow on their board as follows.

Could this be an issue?

Hello Kazuhiko-san,

I have followed up on the other thread which has a very similar question to the one here but a different part. Could you please provide more information regarding the plots in the graph? What is this green waveform representing? I would think the yellow waveform is representing the VDD. Also what is the input during this time?

My customer is fixing their circuit somehow so that the Vcc ramps up monotony.
