LMX2594EVM: LMX2594EVM Phase noise simulation and test data difference

Hi Team:

     I used PLLatinumSIM-SW to simulate LMX2594 phase noise at 6650MHz as following pic.

Then I tested the LMX2594EVM and get the phase noise test data as following pic.

The are some difference about phase noise value between 780Hz to 900Hz. 

Please help to tell me what reason to make this difference between simulation and test data, thanks!!
