Hi Team,

When the customer used the watchdog, the time was set to 2 minutes. The software process was: MCU feeds the dog after receiving the wake signal.  But in actual use, it was found that wake did not send a signal to agree with the mcu, which caused the mcu to reset in two minutes. Would you share your suggestion for this case?

    Hi Annie,

    Does the customer issue a DONE pulse before the first WAKE pulse during startup? See datasheet Figure 9 for reference.

    After that, a DONE pulse should be issued once every period after the WAKE pulse.

    The customer should be able to adjust the timing of the DONE input with the MCU. If you have any further questions, please let me know
