CDCLVC1104: Question About Reflow Conditions

Hi guys,

I have a customer asking for any conditions/concerns that need to be followed when re-flowing CDCLVC1104PWR (TSSOP)

1. A little bit of digging found this app note: link

2. Is there any information on reflowing clock buffers, and concerns that should be paid attention too? Or for this package type, any info on proper reflow techniques besides the above app note?

    Hi Darren,

    Outside of that document, the MSL peak temp is provided in the datasheet in the Packaging Information section. Based on the MSL Peak Temp specified (Level-1-260C-UNLIM), the customer could use a reflow profile such as Figure 3 of the document and anticipate no issue.
