When using LMK1C1104, i got a problem. I have an pure input sin wave of frequency 10 megaherz, but the output signal looked like a periodic pulse and introduced more harmonic components like 20M、30M···I don't know how to handle this problem and wonder what caused this. I want to get a pure sin wave of 10M. Thanks for help！

LMK1C1104 produces a LVCMOS square wave output, not a sine wave. Square wave signals mainly consist of odd harmonics; even harmonics in a square wave indicate the duty cycle distortion. What you are seeing appears to be the mixing of these signals.

For 4-output pure sine wave clock buffer, consider CDC3S04
