SE555: Accuracy over full temp.

Hi team.

I'd like to know about accuracy over full temp for SE555.

According to data sheet, it said at only TA=25℃.
Do you have MIN/MAX accuracy over full temp?

Hello Kengo-san,

For SE555 use the typical 90ppm/C for typical. To get a min/max estimate double the value to 180ppm/C. Remember that this does not include the contributions made from the passive components in the circuit. At higher frequencies expect a little more variance.

How about "Initial error of timing interval" and "Supply-voltage sensitivity of timing interval" ?
If I want to know MAX/MIN as well, should I double TYP value?

The only related data I have is control voltage sample data for a SE555 device.

Control voltage percentage (Vcont/Vcc) versus Vcc at six temperatures.
