LMX2594: OSCin in common mode

Hi team.

I want to use OSCin in common mode. In datasheet written: "Reference input clock (–). High impedance self-biasing pin. Requires AC-coupling capacitor." The lmx2594_EVM datasheet contain the folloing picture:

But i think it is possible an another connection:

Both inputs, OSCinP and OSCinM, are DC-coupled. Is it correct or I mistake?

I recommend following the datasheet recommendation and connected AC-coupling capacitor.

Hi Pavel,

OSCIN and OSCIN* pins has built-in biasing, AC-coupling is therefore required.

in your schematic, you need two AC-blocking capacitors on the right of R3259.
