LMX2820: Additional Datasheet Information

I have looked at implementing an LMX2820 in a design, but I noticed there are two major components missing from the datasheet that we really need. First is the footprint information for the ground pad underneath the part. I don't see any dimensions for that. Second is the register map information. I don't see any software register information at all. Where can I obtain this data? Also, can you tell me when this part will be in production? I only see pre-production parts available.

Oliver,

For the register information, we are releasing this to the web in a separate document from the datasheet.

Our TICSPro software also can be use to set up the device and view the registers.

Production for this part will be Q4 2020

As for the footprint, this package information is auto-generated when we release the datasheet to the web, but it says the dimensions are on another sheet. We need to see why we don't get all the information in the datasheet. For now, you can refer to the LMX2694-EP, which has the same package and has the dimension s there.
