# of bit of address field of the 1st below picture of the datasheet is 13. however, it seems to be 12bit looking at the 2nd picture of the datasheet. Which is correct, 12bit or 13bit?

Hello Takahashi-san,
The address field is 13-bit. There are technically three registers (the SPI_LOCK registers, 0x1FFD, 0x1FFE, 0x1FFF) which make use of the 13-bit address space.
In your 2nd picture, the header of Table 11 address should read [12:0]. I'll mark this for inclusion on our next round of datasheet revisions.
